Not every service described or displayed on the Website is necessarily available at all times.

Vehicles displayed, discussed, sourced, linked, photographed, or otherwise referenced through the Website may be owned or offered by independent sellers, exporters, auctions, dealers, or other third parties.

Vehicle availability can change rapidly.

Displaying or discussing a vehicle does not guarantee:

• That the vehicle remains available
• That Simply Floatin owns the vehicle
• That the vehicle can be purchased at a displayed or estimated price
• That the vehicle meets a customer's requirements
• That the vehicle is eligible for a particular use or registration
• That an independent seller's description is complete or accurate

A vehicle is not considered secured for a customer until the applicable purchase process has been completed and any required funds or agreements have been accepted.

Used vehicles, particularly older imported vehicles, may have wear, repairs, modifications, corrosion, mechanical issues, cosmetic imperfections, missing documentation, or other conditions associated with age and prior use.

Simply Floatin may help customers review available photographs, inspection information, auction sheets, seller descriptions, or other documentation.

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, Simply Floatin does not manufacture the vehicles and does not independently guarantee representations made by an overseas seller, auction, exporter, inspector, or other third party.

Any specific inspection, warranty, condition guarantee, or return right must be stated in writing to apply.

Any cost estimate, landed-cost estimate, shipping estimate, duty estimate, transportation estimate, or other estimate displayed or provided through the Website is an estimate unless expressly identified as a fixed price in a written agreement.

Vehicle imports can involve expenses including, but not limited to:

• Vehicle purchase price
• Auction or seller fees
• Exporter fees
• Inland transportation in the country of origin
• Ocean freight
• Marine insurance
• Customs duties and taxes
• Customs brokerage
• Customs bonds
• Government charges
• Port and terminal charges
• Documentation charges
• Storage
• Demurrage
• Examination or inspection charges
• U.S. transportation
• Delivery expenses
• Simply Floatin service or coordination fees

Actual expenses may differ from preliminary estimates.

The allocation of responsibility for these costs will be governed by the agreement applicable to the particular import transaction.

Any shipping, customs, port, sourcing, or delivery timeline shown or discussed through the Website is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

International vehicle transactions may be affected by matters outside Simply Floatin's direct control, including:

• Does not guarantee acceptance as a customer
• Does not create an importer-client relationship by itself
• Does not obligate Simply Floatin to purchase a vehicle
• Does not create a binding transaction

A vehicle import relationship becomes subject to the applicable Simply Floatin import agreement when the required agreement is accepted and any required payment or deposit has been received.

Simply Floatin may display information regarding current or planned automotive maintenance and repair services.

When a service is marked as Coming Soon or otherwise unavailable, the Website description is a preview of the intended offering.

Submitting a service inquiry does not create an appointment unless Simply Floatin separately confirms an appointment.

Displayed service packages or anticipated pricing may be changed before a service officially launches.

When automotive service becomes available, additional service terms, estimates, work authorizations, warranties, and policies may apply.

Simply Floatin may display information regarding planned or available vehicle transportation services, including import-related transportation, port pickup coordination, open transport, enclosed transport, or other vehicle movement.

Where Simply Floatin's own transportation operation is identified as Coming Soon, Website descriptions represent planned offerings and not a representation that Simply Floatin currently operates a commercial transportation fleet.

Simply Floatin may, where appropriate, assist with coordinating independent transportation providers.

Independent transportation providers are separate businesses and may be subject to their own agreements, insurance, pricing, availability, and terms.

Submitting a transportation inquiry is not an emergency dispatch request and does not create a confirmed transportation booking unless separately accepted and confirmed.

Simply Floatin may display information regarding current or planned automotive parts offerings.

Products, inventory, fitment information, and pricing may change.

Customers remain responsible for confirming appropriate vehicle fitment unless Simply Floatin expressly provides a written fitment guarantee.

A Website price does not modify pricing already established in an existing signed agreement unless both parties agree to the change.
